U.S. Layoffs Reach Five Year High

According to an article on UPI, job cuts in the U.S. reached a five year high this October.  Downsizing has eliminated more 3/4 of a million jobs, with October job cuts topping 100,000, a 79% increase from October 2007.  Biggest losses were in the financial and auto sectors.  With stats like these it’s easy to get scared that finding a job might be impossible.  That’s why we wrote a post that details how to get your dream job, titled:  You’re Not Dreaming: How To Get The Job Of Your Dreams In One Of The Toughest Job Markets In Years.  Check it out and be sure to ask us any questions and we’ll answer them here on our blog.
