I would also highly recommend a couple of other excellent books:

- Mavericks at Work (Great book that talks about companies that break-the-rules and blaze their own trails; and it will inspire you to see that there are fantastic companies out there with amazing cultures that reward innovative thinking and creativity.)

- Your Marketing Sucks by Mark Stevens (If you are a Marketing or Advertising graduate, or are interested in starting your own business, this is required reading. Even most marketing execs and CEOs could benefit from this simple book that explains why marketing isn't about being creative and winning awards, but driving revenue. If had just students read this book at 18, they could have skipped every marketing class they took in college.)
